Meet the Team

Tala Burgess

 Tala has been specialising in temporary industrial recruitment for 14 years. He has successfully managed huge numbers of staff at a number of prominent companies, always keeping a hands-on approach to managing the team. Tala looks for solutions. He has a real knowledge of warehousing and logistics, as well as manufacturing, including GMP. Tala goes the extra mile (and then some!) to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. 

Shane Mareroa

Shane has been involved in recruitment for over 11 years. He is very experienced in permanent recruitment, as well as high volume industrial temp work. He has managed temp teams for several large companies, including GMP Manufacturing companies, warehousing and distribution. Shane, like Tala, goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met.

Sian Baker

Sian has more than 12 years experience in industrial and commercial recruitment. She has been involved in several major specialist projects during that time, including developing and delivering training programmes. She has also single-handedly organised Santa Claus for most of the shopping malls and upmarket stores in New Zealand for the past ten years. She has a passion for people and will go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.
